Hey i need a little help with this im thinking its a big no-no
but grabbed it in Tesco after standing checking all the bottles of Caesar dressing and they all seemed to be rather high although i only found 1 full fat version (tesco beside me is rubbish
but yeh this is the nutritional info on the back its a two pack one container of sauce and one paste, you use the paste to cook the chicken in then put the sauce on your chicken and salad for a warm chicken caesar.. if anyone could let me know if this is not suitable..
Typical values per 100g (The whole thing is 205g):
Energy 2217kj/538kcal, Protein 4.5g, Carbohydrate 7.5g of which sugars 3.1g Fat 55.2 of which saturates 5.6, Fibre 1.4g, Sodium 0.87g, Salt 2.2g (based on sodium
this is the first shop-bought thing ive bought whilst on induction as im going to a big family celebration tonight so was guna pop it in a tub and take it with me.
