Mayonnaise is fine, i use mayonnaise and for instance my jar says 0 carbs, and 0 sugar on the nutrition label. Just read the label. IF you read the rules of induction, it says to eat fats in the form of mayonnaise.

the amount of mayo you use a day will depend on your hunger and what foods you eat. you want 65% of your total cals as fats. if you are very hunger you will need more total foods to satisfy your hunger and will have more total cals eatten so you could use more mayo. if you are having troubles figuring your persents use www.fitday.com if is free and the pie chart will give you a good idea of where your % are.
