    sugar substitutes

    i understand that Splenda is recommended-
    but i have SweetnLow...is that ok to use?

    also-
    im a former SB dieter so this atkins thing is a bit confusing-

    no nuts allowed in atkins rite?
    so no nuts, PB, nothing?

    Aspartame is to be avoided. Dr. Atkins said sacchrine was okay, but recommended Splenda as you know.

    No nuts - not until the 3rd rung of OWL.

        SweetnLow is sacchrine so i guess i can finish the box i bought.... =S o, and i dont have the book yet- hopefully ill get to get it today
