    Calories Eaten Todaysourcegrams cals%totalTotal: 1285 Fat:102 919 73% Sat:35 316 25% Poly:18 163 13% Mono:17 155 12%Carbs:16 43 3% Fiber:5 0 0%Protein:76 303 24%Alcohol:0 0 0% this is my fit day levels....what do i do, eat sum steak? also my garbs are never 5% so am i eatting to much of everything else?

    Well, it's not an exact science, and you're not that far off the "perfect" percentages. You'll get a better feel for it as you go along. I'm not great with my percentages, close is about as good as I ever get. A bit more red meat would give you some protein, but I wouldn't fret, play with it, try some different things, if you aren't hungry, don't eat if you'd had your meals and snacks. Eat til you are full and stop. It may take a while of trying and paying attention to some ingredients and counts on individual foods.

      Thanks!!! you always make me see the light:P:P I am usually okay never are my percents right on lol. But i was a lil worried today so if it is not a big deal ill just leave it and work on tomorrow being better tnx hun!

        And don't stress about the daily numbers. Just keep an eye on them to see if you are consistently low or consistently high in any one area and then tweak your foods accordingly. Generally the numbers will bobble around a bit, but on average, it should all be fine.
