    Menus?

    I just wanted to say thanks for all the great Induction recipes. I was wondering, though, does anyone know of a place where menus for the whole day can be found? Or does anyone want to post some of thier Induction menus? Thanks!











    First mini-goal: Lose 10 lbs- buy new graphite set--Woot!
    Second Mini-goal: Lose 15 pounds- get a new book
    Big mini-goal: See my collarbones- Priceless!

      If you scroll down the page with all the forums on it you'll find one called "Low Carb Menus" and you should be able to find some great ideas there.

          One regular thread that appears from time to time is the 'What's for . . . ? (dinner, breakfast, lunch) where people post what they had/are planning to eat at that particular meal.

          Do a forum search for these threads and you will get so many ideas you wont know where to start!

          Or start a new thread yourself asking the same question and see what others are having today.
