  • What's for dinner? Induction meals only please!!

What are YOU having for dinner?
I don't know what I'm having yet, as bf is home first so he'll be doing the cooking. Odds are it'll be pork chops and veggies with butter.
Last night I roasted up some turkey legs with onion and rosemary and had some mashed turnip and a salad along with it.

Re: What's for dinner? Induction meals only please!!

Chicken strips, fried in Olive Oil with a little lemon juice and black and a salad of mixed greens, cucmber and celery, with 2 oz of blue cheese crumbled.

I haven't actually weighed myself since before Xmas, as I've moved house and don't go to my gym anymore (haven't bought new scales yet either), but I have dropped a dress size!!! Which was my first mini goal, so I'm guessing it's between 14-21lbs lost!

Back on strict induction after giving in to a 4 day long chocolate craving!!! Only had one bar, but feel so guilty can't see it happening again for a while!!!

Can anyone please help me with a sever loss of appetite? I'm literally NOT hungry, and am living off the smallest salad at lunch and half a plate of food at night! Can't eat brekky at all as it makes me feel sick! Help?!?!?!

We are having twice-roasted chicken breast (bought ready-cooked then put on the spitroast for another 45 minutes or so - really tender and moist with crispy skin) with cabbage and roasted red peppers!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
