Im basically only eating celery and radishes, and some salads. How many cups of them am i allowed MAX per day? Is it 3 of the celery and radishes, or how does it work, and how do you guys do it? How do you measure celery in cups as well?

But, basically if those are the only veggies you are eating during the day, yes you are allowed up to 3 cups of them. As for measuring celery, you can cut the stalks into shorter lenghts and put them into the measuring cup and get pretty close. It won't take long to figure out pretty closely how much you can have without the hassle of measuring it.

Or you can go to one of the sites that shows grams per cup - like this one you can download to have on your own computer for when you are not online
