Hi everyone, this is my third day on Atkins and amazingly i've stuck to it.
I did it about 5 yrs ago but only for about a week & a half but i lost nearly a stone and I wish had kept doing it. Over the years I have tried loads of diets but i've literally not even stuck any of them for a day, so for me to still be here 3 days later is a very, very, big thing to me. Here's a question though, I have the book but the carb amounts for food in the back are totally different for the food packaging and the little carb gram counter I bought, so what do I go by?
