I did atkins a few years back, lost some pounds, good times. However, i gained a good amount of it back ^_~*
So i started induction again, 6 days ago, and i've been trying to follow the Atkins 2002 book as much as i can (<20 carbs, exercise, vitamins, and water, of course). I dont quite remember my hunger levels a few years ago, but now, its seems like im almost always full, and off a minimal amount of food to boot!
I live on campus at Cal Poly Pomona, and eat at the cafeteria 3 times a day. I used to eat: a plate of fries, a plate of chicken strips, a hamburger, maybe a slice of pizza, and an italian dish for dinner, no problem. Tonight, i could barely down a salad, some roast beef and a smidge of ground beef. I think its fantastic that I can be on a heathy WoE AND i can always feel satisfied
Guess i just wanted show my enthusiasm, and what not. Oh, and i havent really said hi, officially, so, uh, hi.
