So I am sure some of you remember me as the one who posted 'Eatting Mac and Cheese while signing up' It was my first step. I told everyone hey I am comming on here going to start in 2 weeks. wrote the thing, ate my mac n cheese...I got many replies back saying I should start now etc. So I waited one week to rid my house of bad food, saying goodbye forever. Got the book, read most of it he he got my scale. Bought my food started a week earlier then planned. Well I am so glad I listened to these people.
hehe So I am done day 14 of intro and I am going to remain on here for a while I am comfy where I am. Still need to work on drinking more water. I drink most when I sleep for some reason, ill drink usually 32 - 40 oz of water when I wake up in the middle of the night...maybe cause my body is thursty who knows. hehe but i am aiming for more doing better but oiii! lol.
Moods: Excellent, I have been happy as
lately.
Lifestyle: More active, less couch time :P
Food intake: Decreased soooo much, I eat when I am hungry or when I know I need to to get in 3 meals a day...I dont snack..
Fav Food on this 'diet': Cucumber's Cheese Strings and Steak!!
Habits that have started: Pre pairing everything, more confediance in what I am doing, weighing myself.
Habits Quit: Binges, Agravated all the time, angry, moody so much, Someone mentioned not chewing there nails no more, me too.
Fav Self Comment: You won't rememeber you ate it tomorrow so forget about it today.
Once in the habit, it is easy to stay with it. So anyone thinking about it, don't think do, and when its hard think of what you need to do to stop it. I love the people here they are my right hand in support, and I know I would never have been able to stick to this as I have without em.
The best thing said in this place is everyones different, you may lose slow or fast, inch's or pounds, both, neither, but stick with it, cause you will lose maybe not today or tomorrow but you will and 1 pound or a million anything is better then where you were when you started.
So yeah I ramble!! But I am sure we know this by now.
My losses for my 2 weeks:
Total Pounds: 17.4
Total Inch's: 18. (From Various parts of my body)

Yeah, well I know there is millions like me out there, thinking about what they should do, how they can lose it feeling hopeless. My biggest stress was I am eatting myself to more stress. So stressing made what I stressed about worse. 
)
