    Well thats one down !!! i have lost a inch from thigh and waste no pounds though My fella has lost half a stone...which im happy for him but also has he has drank coffee and hardly any water...!!!

    oh well hopefully my turn next...!!!

    Great job!! 1" is great!! Try not to worry about what the scale shows, everybody looses differently. The tape measure shows you what's real! Its my new best friend!!

      You've done a good job, Chelsea...you've learned so much in this first week!
      Please please please don't compare yourself to anyone and definitely don't compare yourself to your bf! Those darn men and the way they can just cough and drop three pounds!
      There is a lot more to success than seeing the scale drop. You're just setting the stage for success and the weight will come off when your body is ready. Continue on, keep that measuring tape handy..haul out some old tight clothes and try them on once a week. I had a pair of black jeans that I could barely do up...well, I could do them up flat on my back but I couldn't stand..lol...now they look like clown pants on me, but I remember every sunday, shoehorning myself into them to check.

      Hang in there...you're doing good!
