Well, Dr. Atkins says we only get one Golden Shot at it...
BUT YOU LOST 6 POUNDS! what other diet will you find where you lose that much in a month much less 2 weeks!?
Thats a fantastic loss for a second timer (or fifteenth timer in my case)...
    I say (((((Great Job Cindy!))))))
    And welcome back.

wanted to add that my first time, I did induction for 5 months straight, the losses rollercoastered, but they came!

You had an amazing loss for your first two weeks if you lost six pounds!
A person will generally lose 5 to 10% of their desired amount in the first two weeks, which would have been a max of 2.9 pounds for you..and you lost 6!!
        Yippee!
No matter what happened 'before', celebrate the now!

Thanks for all your responces and yall are right 6lbs on any other program in 2 weeks has never happened for me, also slow and steady does win the race and a great plus its healthier.I never seem to think about 5 to 10% weight loss and thinking of it that way seems to make it seem a whole lot more
I have to say that I feel better when I do this wol I just forget how rotten I feel when I indulge in carbs I think thats why I keep falling away from it.This time I intend to be sincere and do the right thing for me. Lately I have felt crappy but thats because I am fighting candida and this to shall pass..
Thanks Moochiecat for the link gonna go read it now..

You've lost 20% of the weight you want to lose. You should be happy not disappointed.

Re: Not a great weight loss but thats ok

that is fantastic remember weight loss is all relative to the total amount you need to lose. your 6 pounds would be 40 pounds on a 300+ pounder.
You moving to OWL so you can begin to ad the framing timbers to your house of Atkins WOE now that you got that strong foundation laid?
