Well, if it's support you need you came to the right place!! I learned tons of helpful information by reading the stickys. You asked about water, you need to drink daily 64oz of water plus an extra 8oz for each 25lbs you need to loose. As for exercise "It's not an option"!! Your body needs it!! Even if you have to start off slow and work your way up, it's a must! And post your questions!! There is so much knowledge and experience on this board to help!! I wish you the best of luck!!

Mummy, definitely try to avoid the scales for the full 2 weeks of induction. The first week, your body will be up and down and sometimes sideways. Working for a whole week and not losing "enough" weight can be discouraging. Give yourself 2 weeks for an awesome surprise. Also, try to take measurements tonight - neck, upper arm, wrist, bust, abdomen, natural waist, hips, thighs, and ankle. At the end of 2 weeks of clean induction, you will have lost inches, and it's good to know where they came from. A good before pic is a good idea too. Makes for good bragging later down the line.

Congratulations on your decision. This really does work.

If you continue to do as you've always done, you will continue to get what you've always got.
