Re: Newbie saying hi
Hi num! Well, that would be quite a feat, but not unheard of. It will most likely take you longer, but you never know! Depends on your body and a lot of different factors. Never know til you try though! You'll feel so much better, most likely, it won't matter!
Do you have your book? That's a must, along with a nice big water bottle, lol. Sounds like you've got the exercise part figured out!

Re: Newbie saying hi
As Jasmain has said - it is not unheard of to lose that amount in that time, especially if you stick to the allowed list of foods and keep up with your exercising.
The decision on what to eat and how much exercise we take are ones we can make and adhere to - but our bodies are the ones that make the decision on how much and how fast to lose.
So stick to plan and you might well lose at that sort of rate, but even if you dont, you will be a smaller lighter person by then anyway!
Many people find that with Atkins eating and exercise they resculpt their bodies so they look smaller and take a smaller clothes size than they did at the same weight in the past. So as well as noting your weight now, measure your body so you can check how your inches are decreasing even if your scales register little downward change!
Recently a few members have posted that although their weight has stayed the same they have lost a couple of dress sizes.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
