Well I have been on Induction for about 4 days and have lost 4 pounds, I really want to lose this weight so when I kinda feel hungry I just Take these green tea Diet pills, They make me go to the bathroom, its like there a diurectic or something, but after i'm not hungry! In the mornings I also take vitamins for low carbers, am I taking too much? And how much water should I drink? I have been drinking about 70oz a day, sometimes a little more? is this enough?

You need to drink 64 oz of water daily, plus add 8 more ounces for each 20-25 pounds you need to lose. I hope that helps!

Drop the green tea pills. Drink green tea instead in addition to the required amount of water.
In order for Atkins to work properly, you have to eat. Eat according to the Rules of Induction and the Acceptable Foods list and learn how to build the foundation of a way of eating that can be sustained for life.
What are you learning by resorting to a pill when you feel hungry?
Why not eat something? Eat a combo protein/fat snack like an egg, or chicken dipped in ranch dressing...just look at the Acceptable Foods list and choose something.
Atkins is not about depriving yourself of food. You just have to choose the right foods. Your body will thank you for giving it the nutrients and fiber it really needs rather than popping some pill.

if you don't feed your hunger your body will adapt to the lower amount of fuel you are giving it not burn more to make up the difference over time.by the book atkinseer
