So I guess I kinda cheated, but I didnt cheat in like a horrible way, and I still lossed and am still in ketosis. I have been feeling VERY BLAH, my husband just got better from something I dont know what but he was sick as a dog. Throwing up and everything, and I just fell nauceous, maybe b/c I just started atkins again, and I have a little induction flu, but last night I was so hungry and feeling so BLAH, that I went in the kitchen, and I felt like I needed something coated with a little substance and so I poored myself about 4 ounces of skim milk. And I drank it, and the my stomach felt a little better and full of what it needed. Anyways, I got on the scale today and on monday it will be a week, and I just wanted to check my weight because I am feeling blah, and I have lost 3.2 lbs since monday and I have about 15-23 lbs to lost. And I am still in ketosis, I dont know why I am typing this, I do kinda feel bad. I wish that I didnt drink it, but I did and its done. I just hope it didnt stall anything. Thanks for listening.
