Question about induction...

I was wondering if I am allowed to eat the Atkins Morning Start Bars and Atkins Advantage shakes during induction? Also my scale says that I have lost 4 lbs in only 2 days!!! Is that possible?

yes it is possible to see that loss although it's probably water at this point. you need stay off the scale till at least the end of your 2 week induction.
