HI GUYS, I WAS ON ATKINS FOR THE WHOLE SUMMER AND LOST 5 STONES AND I WAS SOOOOO HAPPY, THEN I CAME BACK TO UNIVERSITY AND STAYED ON THE PLAN FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS (NO EXERCISE AND DIDN'T DRINK MY REQUIRED AMOUNT OF WATER THOUGH) THEN AROUND CHRISTMAS I JUST FELL OFF THE WAGON COMPLETELY.
NOW I HAVEN'T REALLY PUT THAT MUCH WEIGHT BACK ON PROBABLY ABOUT 6 POUNDS, THE WEIGHT IS NOT WHATS REALLY CONCERNING ME. WHAT IS CONCERNING ME IS THE FACT THAT I CAN'T SEEM TO GET STARTED AGAIN, IT SEEMS HARDER THAN EVER NOW. EVERYDAY I KEEP SAYING I'M GOING TO START AGAIN AND DO IT THIS TIME, THEN I GET MAJOR CRAVINGS FOR CHOCOLATE BISCUITS AND I KEEP GIVING IN. I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS DURING THE SUMMER I WAS WORKING OUT TO TAE BO 3 TIMES A DAY AND DOING WEIGHTS AND FEELING FINE NO CRAVINGS AT ALL AND NOW I CAN'T GO A DAY WITHOUT GIVING IN TO THEM, I FEEL SO DISAPPOINTED IN MYSELF.
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY WORDS OF CONFIDENCE TO HELP ME I'M REALLY FLOUNDERING HERE. I STILL HAVE ABOUT 5 STONES TO LOSE TILL I'M AT MY GOAL WEIGHT BUT IT SEEMS SO FAR AWAY. AND I FEEL LIKE I'M SO FAR AWAY FROMT THAT PERSON I WAS IN THE SUMMER.
