        Woohoo

        Weigh to go
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

          Re: Seven pounds gone!!

Congratulations for one week on a clean induction.

Please stay away from the scale and start putting your focus on the other benefits of the Atkins lifestyle. Remember you will go down sizes whether the number on the scale changes or not.

but I'll strut myself even more when I lose weight!!

Personally, I wouldn't affirm you are waiting for some action to occur in the future to give you permission to strut yourself.

Strut now and avoid the ever conditional promises that were a dysfunctional factor of low fat diets.

If you understand Atkins, weight loss is just one benefit,
but there are many, many more.

Of equal and greater importance is overcoming a carb addiction, loving yourself for who you are now, finding peace and accountability, recognizing that you go down sizes and inches even if the scale doesn't move at all, and being healthy and well fed. Good luck to you, stick to it!
