I'm not in the UK, but from what I've been told, the carbohydrates listed on you packages are "net carbs", that is the fiber is already subtracted from the carbohydrate total.

For example, if a product has 6 total carbs and 2 grams fiber, in the US the label will look like this:

    carbohydrate 6
    fiber 2 grams

In the UK, that same product will have a label that looks like this

    carbohydrate 4
    fiber 2 grams

Chelsea, you need to go with the 41 net.

Whats the product? and can you list the ingredients here please?

Rich is right, we dont deduct the sugars figure from the carbs amount, and as Megs said, our 'total carbs' have already had the fibre carbs substracted from them, so they are the equivalent of the USA labels 'net carbs'.

Can you type out all the figures as well as the ingredients and then someone might be able to help explain it to you.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I know what you are saying though, its amazing how things stay hidden to us, until we REALLY look at things.
