Re: One cheat a week!
I am assuming that you have been having mini cheat days anyway...If induction was going right you would not be having these cravings...Take a step back and look at all the food you have been consuming for the past 8 days and I'll be willing to bet you have not done a clean induction...you have to be honest with yourself...this is a woe for life not just till you get to your goal.
The first time I did induction on the 3rd day I could care less about eating anything much less sweet stuff. Oh, I could have... but new it would be pointless (I just didn't want to eat the sweets)
The second time around it was around day 4 I felt much more satisfied with my meals.
I have now been doing this for the second time about 5 weeks and have lost 8.5 lbs.
My advise is Don't do it...it may send you into a endless craving spiral and totally mess up all the hard work you have already done.
