    Day 6!!!!

    I know I should stay off the scale but i just cant help myself...2lbs lost since yesterday morning!!! And I noticed yesterday I didnt crave sweets once!!! I have a ton of energy and I feel great today. Im soooo happy that I stumbled across this website, its been a total insparation!!!

      Thats really cool, I've been off atkins for over a year an its been a disaster, anyway I remember the feeling you have right now its great, I just started again hopefully i'll join u soon after my first week.
