  • Fajita Question

Every Wednesday my work provides hot lunches. Today it's fajitas, rice, salad, and cookies.

Do you think having the fajitas with salad is safe?

I don't know how it's prepared. It's brought in hot from an outside vendor.

      Re: Fajita Question

with the tortilla, certainly not. but... the meat and veggies should be alright unless they prepare them some weird way that involves sugar. (their spice seasoning MAY have sugar).

No, I knew the tortilla is definitely out. I was planning on making a fajita salad. I'm getting hungry.
        Thanks.

            Re: Fajita Question

even if it is brought by an outside vender the vendor can give you nutrtional info about the foods they provide. Ask whoever is incharge about it

Ig your fajita is just veggies and meat it should be okay it the the sauce and seasoning mixes that can be sugared and have hidden carbs for us.
