Post your menues in the "REview My Menu" forum.

Induction Flu/carb withdrawal usually occurs within the first week of Induction and goes away.

        Re: Induction FLU

Most people experience some unusual physical symptoms during induction. I had a froggie in the throat. These symptoms will not last. Are you drinking enough water? I know if I don't drink enough water I soon have pain in my lower back region.

Stay off the scale. You can lose complete sizes on this WOL and never have it register on the scale. Be patient and keep going. Good luck!

If the pains continue please go and see a doctor - sometimes we assume that everything that happens to us healthwise is tied in with our change of eating, but this is not always the case
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

I have had two bouts of 'Induction Flu', I felt terrible today. My body was so sore, and I was spaced out!! I took a long, hot bath and drank tons of water and I am feeling better. I hope you get over this. Good Luck!!
What would we do without it?

              Re: Induction FLU

If your body pain is SEVERE then get it checked out by a doctor. Any SEVERE requires medical attention. Don't just think it's Induction Flu.
