  • My First Day so far.....

    Okay I have started this great WOL today. For breakfast I had a pack of tuna with Ranch dressing. I didn't have any eggs so opted for the tuna instead.

    I've drank 24 oz of water so far.

    I have to admit that I have not been hungry but I have felt like eating. But I resisted and have not eaten anything I shouldn't. I have been a little lightheaded but figure that is all part of the shock to the ole system.

    For lunch (late lunch) I had some plain rotisierre (sp??) chicken. Probably about 3 ounces. I didn't measure it but it wasn't that much because it didn't take much to make me full...

    I thought I might have breakfast for dinner. I went to grocery store and bought eggs, some no sugar bacon... I also bought some frozen veggies that are on my list of acceptable veggies. I can't wait.

    I have a major headache but I am going to take it stride and be happy because I am ridding my body of toxins... Hopefully it won't last too long.

    Anyway, just want to update...

    Congratulations on starting your first day. You are going to love shrinking on this wonderful Way of LIFE. As you adjust to the induction menu think about including some of your veggies at every meal.

    Breakfast for dinner is a great idea! Yum!

      I often have breakfast for lunch!
      It is the safest thing if eating out at a British cafe - as they cant add anything 'illegal' to fried eggs, bacon and grilled (broiled?) tomatoes.
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
