I totally messed up the past few weeks. I was getting on the scale almost daily after I lost the first 10lbs while on the Induction and I became disenchanted with my results. The sugar cravings started kicking in and before you know it, I gave into them....repeatedly.
So I am going at it again- starting weight 182lbs! I gained the weight back plus a few lbs. YIKES! I am so pissed off with myself. I'm trying to lose at least 20lbs before this wedding the 1st week of May that I will be attending with my bf. When is the Boot camp starting again?

Well, let go of the past and forgive yourself and move forward!! Don't ever forget how bad cheating made you feel, and that its NOT worth it!! Glad you are back here and YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!

Don't beat yourself up about it. I've gotten so desperate for my mom's homemade bread before that I'd chew up a whole entire slice of it and spit it back out into the garbage.
Or while at a mexican restaurant I'd eat one too many chips
Or on someone's birthday whenever I see a gigantic frosting covered cake XD I have to have a little slice ; ;
But what do I do? I get up and I get back on it
I do a mini induction for 3 days if it was just a small 10 min splurge and a week if a lil more and I get back on the wagon! Or atleast I have been for 4 months now :P But we can do it! We are strong
And it's only food afterall

Being pissed off at yourself will only keep you in cheating mode.

Please recognize the dangers of using the scale to determine esteem and success.
Since you have admitted that that you used this absurd ritual to sabatoge yourself, then love yourself enough to eliminate the self-defeating ritual from your life.
Get back to a clean induction, and do not weigh yourself until you have completed 14 days of healthy eating.
Nuture yourself. Believe in yourself!
I cannot state clearly enough that it is entirely possible to go down complete sizes without registering moment on the scale. Get in ketosis, and stay in ketosis and your body will burn your fat stores if you give it the time it needs to fulfill this natural healing process. Good luck!

ya know,im guilty of that too....i did the full 2 weeks cheat free and and lost 8lbs. I became lazy, wasnt buying the right foods anymore....now i put back on 5lbs. What i didnt do was take measurements and exercise. So i look at it as if im starting from scratch the right way. I will incorporate both this time....and oh i need to take vitamins. So dont beat yourself up. I just keep dreaming about this trim figure....im back on the wagon...." Just do it " -Nike
