It's not based on Atkins, it says it's low fat.

I suppose if a person chose to do that sort of diet, and had the $$ to spend on such a thing, it'd be fine.

I don't think having meals catered is really teaching anybody anything though. It's best to learn to fly on your own.

As they say, "Give a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime."

They do have a low carb meal plan, but I don't think its Induction Friendly and they didn't list any carb counts on the menu. I guess this is better than Fast Food, but maybe you could take a cooking class instead???
What would we do without it?

        Re: Diet-To-Go ??

I tried this last summer. Some of the foods were made with skim milk, egg whites only -- I thought it might be more geared to South Beach. I liked many of the lunches and dinners and if I did it again, I'd probably just buy the dinners, which were a meat/fish and a veg. You can make substitutions. If you love the roast beef, you can ask for it every night!

I stopped because A, it was expensive; and B, I ended up with three or four meals not eaten. What I really need are quick grab and go breakfasts. But the meals are good (well-seasoned and well-cooked) and you might like them. When I ordered, the CSR couldn't have been nicer.
