    Well here I go I suppose. Today is day 1, lets hope I can actually do it this time!

        Hey there! If it helps, I have been doing this awhile (can't say I've been obedient lately) but I left OWL to restart induction. So think of it as a classmate trying to past the same test you are. You can do this! We can do this! Best advice: start a journal in the journal section. It helps keep you on track and gives you a place to let your hair down about your progress. Good luck and hang in

                Ow OW! You go chica! We rock and we can totally do this. Why? Because we're amazing of course! And because we have all these fabulous people here... I'm not gonna lie, I'm kind of addicted to the positive reinforcement this site offers. It's better than being addicted to crack or something, I suppose!

                (AND, you don't cook a bad chicken yourself! Tonight is grilling! In the freezing cold, but yum.... burgers...)

                  Thank you soooo much from everyone, i agree cas, the positive reinforcement is just amazing on here. There is no way we will fail at this. Grilling tonight shall be interesting....but alas, if i great burger comes out of it ill bear the freezing cold. well just wear multiple layers so we look like giant marshmellows....whats great about that....someday well put on layers and look like one of those mini marshmellows.....yes! btw.....i think i dont know how to spell marshmellow.....mallow, mellow???? who cares.
