  • Starting Today

Well, I stumbled across this forum yesterday and started looking at all the success and decided I wanted to start this too! I weighed in this morning at 290lbs, I'm 6' 2" and 24 years old. I'm still trying to put together my goals and such but I just wanted to go ahead and get started.

This morning I had a low carb breakfast bowl from Hardee's which consisted of 2 eggs, 1 sausage pattie, a piece of bacon and a little shredded cheese.

Welcome Shane. Good breakfast! Be sure and read all the stickys at the top of the forum. Come hang out at the ADBB when you have questions or need support. Many, many people here have found success on Atkins.

Stick to the foods on the acceptable foods list so that your body will go into Ketosis. Once you have been in Ketosis for a few weeks it just much, much easier to do.

          You can do this!
