I'm back and just finished Week 1 of Induction. I have had such a difficult time getting back to this WOE. However, their is not a diet out there that is more user friendly to me so I have to stick with Atkins. My biggest problem is that I'm not a vegetable eater and I don't want a limit on the amount of food I can eat like Weight Watchers so this is the greatest diet. If there is anyone who would like to be an Atkins buddy with my same type of measurements, I would totally consider it.
