  • Here again.

I'm back and just finished Week 1 of Induction. I have had such a difficult time getting back to this WOE. However, their is not a diet out there that is more user friendly to me so I have to stick with Atkins. My biggest problem is that I'm not a vegetable eater and I don't want a limit on the amount of food I can eat like Weight Watchers so this is the greatest diet.

If there is anyone who would like to be an Atkins buddy with my same type of measurements, I would totally consider it.

      Re: Here again.

The way that we speak to ourselves is extremely important on this WOL. Be supportive and kind to yourself.

Rather than affirm it is difficult, tell yourself that it is easy. And it is easy. Once you are firmly in ketosis, you will naturally prefer to live the Atkins lifestyle.

3 cups of veggies isn't enough veggies to be concerned about. The time will come shortly when you will look forward to the first rung of OWL so that you can add more veggies.

You don't have much weight to lose. After induction, and after you are in ketosis, you may want to switch to owl right away.
