  • Measuring veges and cheese

    Hello

I can't find this in any past posts. I would like to know how do you know how much vegetables you are eating when you eat something like soup or quiche. For example, I would like to make that cauliflower leak book in the back of DANDR but, I am unsure how to measure that for the day so that I do not go over my vegetable allowance on induction. The same for some of those induction friendly foods on Linda's low carb. I feel I am limited now because I do not want to go over my limit.

    Re: Measuring veges and cheese

I use fitday pc to enter the whole recipe and then when I eat a portion I work out how much of the whole recipe I am eating. So I enter that I am eating a quarter or 6th of the recipe depending on how many servings it makes.

On www.fitday.com I used to enter all the ingredients on a new day and then use the totals to make a 'custom food' entry ot use the same way.

    Hope this helps
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
