I am freaking a bit here!!! I had one cup Jicama and 2 poached eggs for breakfast, 2 cups mixed greens salad with Tuna and 3 tablespoons Bleu Cheese Dressing for lunch and according to Fitday, I have had 31 grams of Carbs, and 15 grams Fiber. I really hope this means I have only had 16 grams carbs!! This seems like so much!!!! I wanted to get some different veggies into my diet, but now I feel like I have messed my Induction up!!!! Will I still be in Ketosis??? What should I do?!?!?


What would we do without it?
