Hi Guys i was feeling constipated flax didn't work so i went out and bought a herbal chinese tea which has worked clear the blockage in the past however im just worried it might make me stall, its not decaf but it is just all herbs according to the lady at the counter. should i try it or you guys think avoid it? Help

Ingridients are:Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thunb) Mbk 25% Honeysuckle flower 25% Luohan Guo 25% Wu long tea 25% I have no idea what these things are but im sure they all just herbal stuff.Comment
