  • "frankenfoods" and induction...

has anyone else been able to eat these while in induction and still have good results? yesterday, i gave in and had one of those breyer's ice cream bars with 5 net carbs. my total carbs for the day still only came out to about 12. i am wondering if these "low-carb" foods will delay my results by a lot?

    Give up the frankenfoods!

Follow the rules of induction by the book and you will be much better off.

Good luck on your new WOL!! Today is day #14 for me, and I ate one of those Slim Fast Carb Control bars on my first day (that was before I found ADBB), and haven't touched a Franenfood since! I don't think that one time will hurt, but I have been clean since and have lost 12 pounds so far. I am going to weigh myself tommorow on Day 15 and see where I am at. I have lost inches, I can tell in my clothes and my face looks thinner. Try the mock danish if you get a sweet tooth, it works for me!
What would we do without it?

Yeah, to me it's important to follow the rules of induction first. If there is an ingredient in the product that's not on the acceptable food list for induction, don't eat it!
