Tommorow is Day #15 for me! I haven't cheated (well, I did eat an Atkin's bar on my first day before I found ADBB), and have lost 12 pounds so far. I am just worried about weighing myself tomorrow morning. What if I have gained? I have a real love/hate relationship with the scale.
I don't want it to be a gain!!! I have worked so hard, stepped up my exersize, drank my water, stuck to the book, and if I have gained weight I will be devistated. It won't make me quit, this is my WOL. I guess I just wanted to voice my worries, and I wonder if anyone else fears the scale???
