Ok so today is day 7 and i weighed myself and im at 1lb more than i was on friday. Dont worry guys im not freaking out about it. I just means that i shouldnt be on the scale as much as i was last week. Chances are i didnt actually lose 9 lbs, it was just fluctuating. So im super excited that in the past week with this woe Im 8 lbs lighter
