  • Ash Wed

I was sitting around this morning with my mom...trying to think of some different things to eat tomm and friday. I know breakfast will be fine but lunch and dinner will kill me. I thought about tuna but I hate it and all i can come up with is salad. Any other ideas or recipies i can use while staying off of meat.

There are plenty of fish and seafood choices on the Acceptable Foods List, so go ahead and pick something.

Another alternative meat product is tofu. Tofu is the "soy cheese" mentioned in the "cheese foot note".
