Okay, I'm on the second day of induction, and i haven't had any foods that aren't allowed-- but i have a huge problem!
*I'm eating SOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!
it just feels crazy, but i can't help it. the way i was with carbs (and part of the reason i'm giving atkins a go) was ridiculous too though--like i'd eat to the point PAST fullness, just out of habit.
I thought that i'd be able to just eat to when i felt full on this, but i don't know how to do that because of my bad habits of stuffing myself with low-cal things like popcorn and bread and stuff...
and now i feel like this HAS to be way worse since it's all fatty stuff since on induction we can only have like 3 cups of salad or certain veggies.
As i mentioned, i've stayed in the foods we're allowed, but if I add up all that i've eaten (most meats say 1g carb for a certain amount) it's more around 30 than 20

does anyone have any tips??
