    Hello

    I'm new here.. I'm on my 6th day Induction.

    Could anyone please let me know whether eating more fat will result in more weight loss?

    You originally posted this in the sticky called "How much fat do I need to eat?" so I moved it out into it's own topic.

    Just go back into that sticky and read the first post....Not2late has explained it really well in there.

    Also, if you get yourself a free account at www.Fitday.com, you can keep track of your fat/protein/carb intake...very handy to see where you're at. You can find info on Fitday in a sticky here as well.

            welcome to ADBB and to Atkins read your book DR ATKINS NEW DIET REVOLUTION and you will understand how the program works and how more fat may or may not help your Atkins losing based on your metabolism and what you are already eating.
