    HI ALL
    CAN ANY1 HELP I NEED TO KNOW WHAT I CAN EAT ON THE 1ST 2 WEEKS OF THIS DIET DESPERATE TO GET STARTED BUT WITH NOT KNOWING WHAT TO EAT KEEP PUTTING IT OFF REALLY NEED TO GET THIS WEIGHT OFF DEPRESING ME PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!

      welcome to ADBB and to Atkins read the stickies in the induction forums and you can see the list of acceptable veggies and foods.

      I strongly recommend you buy the book DR ATKINS NEW DIET REVOLUTION 2002 edition and read it cover to cover so you understand what you are trying to do with the plan and then reread chapter 11 induction.

      As for the exerfcise part you can do anything that is new amount for you bioth aerobic and resistance types. we have lots og great exercise challenges you can join tooo check them out in the exercise challenge forum.

                  Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution. We use the 2002 edition around here.

                    I got my book on Ebay, too! I started before the book came, I just read the stickys and asked lots of questions!!! Get yourself a fitday.com account, it really really helps you keep track of what you are eating and the amount of carbs/fat/protean. Good luck on your new WOL!
