As in, not "lite" or "light" mayo. Full fat.

            Re: Is mayo allowed?

You need to check the ingredients on any mayo (and other dressings) and compare them with the list of allowed foods for induction.
As Eleonore said, mayo made from eggs, spices and oil with no added sugar (or corn syrup or one of sugar's other aliases) would be perfect!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

real mayo as in not a salad dressing or Mircle whip type as well. Those definetely contain sugar. I can't find a real mayo without sugar readily available in the stores here...all list sugar somewhere on the list you may check health food stores or You can make your own quite easily.

As far as I have found so far, hellmans full fat mayo is the lowest carb count.

we got several recipes in the data base Lana's is a good one. she udes lemon juice. if you are candida issues you can use the ACV stuff as the acid in your mayo.

                          gotcha covered

and the recipes will be good for any body who can't find acceptable mayo too.
