hi are sausages allowed on induction just purchase the atkins on e-book of ebay as im reading throu doesnt seem to say anything about sausages as my friend told me you can have sausages bacon and scrambled egg with mayonaise is this correct on the induction period thanxs

It all depends on what is in the sausages!!

Here in UK it is hard to find sausages that dont have starches as a filling so we have to scrutinise the list of ingredients!

If you can find some made with only meat and spices then they would be fine.

You also need to check that the mayonnaise and the bacon have no added sugar!!
