I bought my book used, too. Amazon.com rules! Tom gets a cut of the funds if the books are purchased through the link here at this site. Let me go look for it.

don't forget to add the shipping when you see those $.01 books and it is per item so don't think yo can get several for less then a dime either.
check the used book stores near you and see if you can get it even cheaper and faster. At the store brand new it is only $7 for the paperback in the big stores like walmart.

I see lots of copies of DANDR at charity shops (thrift shops?) for less than a pound.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
