    JUST BORROWED THE DR ATKINS NEW DIET REVOLUTION OF MY FRIEND
    IM A CHEF AND WORK IN A BUSY KITCHEN DOES ANY1 HAVE ANY HINTS TO WHAT FOODS I CAN HAVE WHILE WORKING FOR MY BREAKFAST DINNER TEA ETC WE HAVE ALL 3 MEALS SERVED THROUGH OUT THE DAY !!!!!!!!!
    ANY IDEAS ON THE BREAKFAST MENU WE HAVE SAUSAGES BACON SCRAMBLED EGGS BEANS TOMATOES ETC I KOW YOU CANT HAVE BREAD ON THE INDUCTION PERIOD
    HOPE USE CAN HELP CHEERS

    welcome to ADBB and to Atkins.

    check pit chapter 11 ofd your book and the breackfast stickie in this forum. remember you never have to eat any tyoe if food at any meal dinner for breakfast is fine too, if you want traditional breakfast foods have them the proteins veggies from the list and the fats. just eat enough to satisfy your hunger and you are set.

          If it contains only ingredients on the allowed list it will be fine. Some burgers contain fillers like starches and even sugar so check the ingredients list to make sure before you eat them!!

            i dont know really what to look for i was looking at the sausages in work 2day
            wasnt sure if looked at the fat sugar or protein or ingrediants on did look at the ingrediants didnt have them as wasnt sure
