  • Potatoe Starch in ingridients

    Im not very sure if potatoe starch in any ingriendents is allowed on induction i have seen this in cheese and lamb stocl i was hoping to use, can some1 let me know pls..

    I'm sure it wouldn't be induction legal. Starch is starch after all, thus a carb and a sugar.

      No Potato starch is not allowed on induction.

      mastera78, always check all of the ingredients against the list of foods that are acceptable during induction. If its not on there, you are not allowed it.

      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
