Hi Everyone: Just wanted to drop by to let everyone know how I am doing. So far so good! I feel way more energetic, and have dropped 7 pounds (with clothes on...10.5 with clothes off...I wasn't gonna weigh in until the two weeks of induction were through, but I couldn't hold back
I have really noticed a difference in the way I feel, my energy level, and my hunger cravings. In fact, I am not hungry in between meals at all. One dramatic change is the fact that I am up every morning making breakfast. I used to never eat breakfast ( I heard 90 % of overweight people don't eat breakfast and 90% of thin people do). I've also started exercising (only daily walks and push ups and situps, but I am starting a program at the gym tomorrow).
I want to thank all the veterans of the board for all the helpful stickys and comments, it really makes this journey easier when you are armed with knowledge and support. See you on my second weigh in!
