I have looked at breakfast sausage both beef and pork and they always include wheat flour and sugar. I live in Canada and have looked everywhere, any suggestions?
I'm in Canada too. I found some farmer's sausage at walmart that doesn't have flour or sugar in it. I cooked it up yesterday and it was really good.
Another good place to get sausage would be right from the butcher. You could even get him to make it special for you if he doesn't already make one that's Atkin's friendly or just meat.

I was going to dig through the garbage to see what the brand name was, but I took it outside already.
There were 4 to a pack, or you could buy bigger ones. They were in their own case with the pepperoni and beef jerky if that helps
You might look at some of the 'foreign' sausages too. Many german sausages like bratwurst have only meat and spices and therefore virtually no carbs.
