      Decaf is fine, and cream and splenda are fine as long as you stay within your daily limits.

      Having 3 splenda in your coffee means you have used up your entire day's servings of sweetener in one cup of coffee.

      If you are having just the one cup like that a day and no other sweeteners, then it's ok. If you find you are having weird cravings after the coffee, you might want to give this a read:

        No, there are 3 net carbs in 3 packets of Splenda: one carb per packet.

        Also cream has carbs. Depending on the carb counter you use and the brand you use, cream can have between 0.5 to 1 net carb per tablespoon. It's not a big deal if you use 1 tablespoon, but if you use 4 or 5 tablespoons that's 2 to 5 net carbs!

            Coffee has carbs also.
            What would we do without it?
