Re: pumpkin seeds
I've stuck to what's on the list. No seeds. Not to sound so blunt about it. I'm trying to give a solid clean attempt, no tweaking. Good luck!

Re: pumpkin seeds
Nope, they're not on the list. When you move to OWL, you can add them there. Induction isn't just about eating up to 20 grams of carbs, it's about detoxing your body, breaking habits and eating low glycemic foods. Do your two weeks of induction cleanly then move to OWL!

Re: pumpkin seeds
Per the induction rules, seeds and nuts aren't allowed during the first 14 days of Induction, but may be added later.Originally posted by doramon1313Has anybody eaten pumpkin seeds while on induction? They say they only have 2 grams of carbs. TIA!
