Hello,
Well I started induction today & I think I am doing pretty good. My question is can you eat egg substitute during induction. I ran out of eggs this morning and might not make it to the store tonight. So any help would be appreciated. Thanks

if you mean like egg beaters yep you can have them. just remember Atkins doesn't reguire you to eat eggs you can hve any food from the lists at anymeal left over dinner msake a fine breakfast food.

Oh great that is good to know. I really like eggs, so I think in the begginging it will work really well for me.
